[MONO099]  Though these songs are variations on a theme, socially, conceptually, a cyclical experience representing ritual, much like "Received Tradition" and are from the same sessions, they did not fit the album. "Stolen and Sludge Magic Songs" is a collection of those pieces that didn't make the cut, and this collection is representative of a creative building block of sorts. Some elements, tones and concepts were used in other songs. Here it is for developments sake.
