The Satellites Fell From The Sky Like Meteors From The Heavens was recorded by III in a Toronto apartment, during April of 2007. The piece was produced as a soundtrack for a short film titled The End. The soundtrack seemed to gain more interest at the time than the film itself. To the knowledge of III and Monolithos Records, the short film has been lost.
Several CD-Rs were burned and given to friends after the showing of the film. These discs are most likely no longer in existence. If these discs do still exist, and you have possession of one, please send an image to Monolithos Records for the archives. Each disc was complete with original Timothy Steinman artwork on the sleeve.
The new cover art was created by TS for this rerelease of the soundtrack which has not been available since 2007. The artwork was created in a similar spirit to what was on the sleeves of the original CD-Rs.
